As salaam alaikum wa rahmaatuulahhi wa baraakaatuu,
There is a new series on NPR. If it is done out of concern for my sisters then I appreciate it, however, it seems to be attacking Islam for not living up to modern standards. One day Inshaa Allah we will be able to do our own stories on how the culture of some Muslims does not live up to Islamic standards. I know that there are some stories out now in the spirit that I just mentioned however I would like to see several stories produced on a daily basis. I will try to spend some time in the future, inshaa Allah, and research other Islamic Magazines to see how they cover issues, but right now I would recommend Muslim Matters and the other blogs in my blog em up section.
